Construction Program Manager
Our global B2B property insurance client is seeking a Construction Program Manager to lead the design and construction of renewable energy sources and energy storage at their Research Campus in Northern Rhode Island. Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, this role is critical in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Program Manager will implement project management processes, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee end-to-end construction project execution, from RFPs to completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Ensure effective communication and risk management across projects.
- Develop and track project plans using Workfront or similar tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of construction management experience, preferably in renewable energy.
- Strong background in budgeting, vendor management, and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS, MBA, or certifications (CCM, LEED, OSHA) a plus.
- Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Hybrid role based in Northern RI, requiring onsite presence as needed.
