Our global B2B financial services client is seeking an experienced Events Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale, enterprise-wide conferences for a global audience. This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional event experiences through meticulous project management, strategic planning, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for conferences with 1000 attendees.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with global teams and executive leadership to align event goals with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event-related activities, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee on-site operations during conferences to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing large-scale events, preferably with 1000 attendees.
- Strong focus on both project management and communications.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meeting high demands and tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and global teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and strong organizational skills.

Contract Details
- 12-month contract with a competitive hourly rate of $70-80 (W2).
- Onsite work required as needed, with travel expenses covered.
- East Coast candidates preferred
