At CommuniHealth, we're on a mission to provide access to high-quality, affordable healthcare services. We are currently looking for Clinic Manager (LPN or RN) to join us at our Marion Family Practice, Dental and Behavioral Health Center.
Responsibilites include:
-Ensures adequate staffing coverage of administrative/clinic areas.
-Manages daily operations and program delivery of clinic site.
-Collaborates with care team for efficiency in scheduling, cancellations, etc.
-Implements, trains and supports staff on procedures, processes, etc.
-Implements processes to maximize resources and improve patient care.
-Supervises allocation of staff, resources, etc. and assignment of duties.
-Supervises and delegates support functions within the clinic site.
-Upholds policies, procedures, quality improvement, workplace safety, etc.
-Executes and maintains confidentiality of employee information.
-Participates in staff supervision, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
SKILLS NEEDED
Must be a team player, polite and professional. Must be able to motivate/coach patient care team and staff. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully handle complicated situations immediately as they arise. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere and positive work environment. Models positive leadership behavior.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) software. Athena preferred. Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in healthcare. Current RN/LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant. BLS certification.
