Communities In Schools of Central Texas (CISCT) is seeking a full-time Database Success Specialist to join our Performance Measures team at our St. Elmo administrative office located in Austin, TX.

What we offer:
CIS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The starting salary range for this position is $3,333.37/mo. Salaries are determined by qualifications and relevant experience. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and midpoint depending on experience and in alignment with internal equity.

What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of two (2) years of data management experience (ex: database administration, systems development, or compliance/monitoring/auditing)
- Experience working in nonprofits, project management, or customer service.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
- Post-secondary training or certification (college coursework or other) in management information systems, IT, or business process development, preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or CIS-NAV, preferred
- Experience with direct service programming through Communities In Schools preferred.
Essential Functions
- Work within a team to support CIS program staff from offsite program locations across the Central Texas region with data entry, reporting, and analytics. Provide coordinated support efforts via email, Teams message, video calls, and onsite monitoring visits.
- Provide technical assistance to support program standards and ensure grant compliance and program fidelity.
- Audit program data in accordance with annual schedules. Work with direct service staff to provide feedback from internal auditing efforts to ensure good data hygiene and proactive mitigation of data integrity issues.
- Collaborate with team to develop training and coaching opportunities based on themes from audit findings. Lead training and coaching opportunities as available.
- Complete special projects as assigned (15% of role responsibilities). Special projects align with CIS’s strategic plan goals and support the development of new program components of our Salesforce database.
- Participate in the CIS team approach to service delivery and problem-solving.
- Promote and maintain agency culture, standards, and systems.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Reporting Structure: This position is supervised by the Senior Director of Database Management.
Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person position that offices at our St. Elmo's, CIS administrative office. Occasional travel (<10%) within the Central Texas 5-county region is required.
