Communities of Care is looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available in the Twin Cities area. New grads welcome! No vaccine requirement!

- 9 year old with shaken baby and epilepsy.
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8a-8p. Every other Thursday 8a-8p
- Client lives in Princeton with his family.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
