YOUR DAY AS FRAUD MANAGER
As a Fraud Manager at Community 1st Credit Union, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both dynamic and impactful. You will analyze transaction data to identify unusual patterns and potential fraudulent activities, ensuring the safety of our members' accounts. Monitoring alerts and flags will be a crucial part of your role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues swiftly. In this position, you will work with debit card disputes, fraud cases, fraud systems, and more. Additionally, this person will be managing a team, training team members, reviewing for efficiencies and streamlining processes, and tracking and analyzing fraud trends and behaviors. Being able to identify risks and risk solutions for new products or systems is crucial.
Conducting thorough investigations and documenting findings will be essential, along with staying updated on industry trends and emerging fraud tactics. Your innovative mindset will contribute to enhancing our fraud prevention strategies, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.
