- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Prior experience in caregiving or social services is a bonus but not necessary – comprehensive training is provided!
- Individuals who are compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for people with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the ability to meet company driving requirements
- Successful completion of a national background check
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform associated tasks
