As a Case Manager for Family Stability at CAC, you will support heads of households and adults in maintaining stable housing. In collaboration with the Client Services Team, you'll assist with family enrollment, address housing challenges, and provide coaching on financial wellness, time management, self-care, and goal setting. The ideal candidate is an innovative, outgoing, self-starter eager to help build the program in partnership with internal stakeholders. Strong emotional intelligence and a passion for growing CAC’s programs will be key in supporting parents' personal and professional growth, ensuring their long-term stability.

What You'll Do
- Enrollment: Assist with the enrollment and recruitment of families for The United Way Family Stability Program and CAC’s Guaranteed Basic Income Piolet Project based on grant criteria.
- Collaboration : Acts as a liaison amongst internal teams at CAC to ensure that all clients are receiving comprehensive services. Collaborates with schools, community partners, service providers, and other stakeholders to coordinate services and support for children and families. Work closely with the Housing Stability Coach.
- Case Management: Empowers families to develop strategies to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and enhance financial wellness and parenting skills to promote overall family stability and well-being. Maintains regular in-person contact to provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Family Coaching and Support: Utilizes multiple modalities with families to achieve stability and self-sufficiency through a comprehensive multigenerational approach to empowering and restoring households, families, and children, with unique needs and priorities, utilizing collaborative coaching and financial wellness tools
- Data Management: Provides case management by updating family files according to agency standards. Logs all family contacts in CAC’s Client Management System. Analyzes, monitors, and tracks report for progress on identified goals.
- Family Outreach: Responsible for planning and implementing outreach events for families enrolled in the grant. Tracks family participation.
- Data Analysis: Participate in assessments as required by the grants.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with major course work in the social or behavioral sciences, social work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 years of case management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work in an agile and evolving work environment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Position requires flexibility in role as work hours and workdays may be unconventional in order to meet child and family needs.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- (Preferred) CAP60 experience
- (Preferred) Project management experience
- (Preferred) Early childhood experience
