Description
Job Summary: Responsible for full accounts payable cycle, the initial processing of invoices and cash disbursement for CAM, CAM Programs & Fiscal Agent Accounts - and financial administration as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Processing vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, rents & utilities in an accurate and timely manner to avoid late fees.
- Receives check request transmittals, audits for accuracy, data entry for all invoices, ensures authorized approvals have been made and supporting documentation has been obtained.
- Print checks and obtain signatures from authorized check signers.
- Scans and files all paid invoices and their supporting documentation.
- Notifies clients/vendors when checks are ready to be picked up, postmark and mail checks.
- Maintains ledger for petty cash advances.
- Resolves billing issues, field calls from vendors, clients, and collection agencies.
- Reviews and reconciles monthly credit card bills for multiple accounts.
- Creates new vendor accounts with obtaining W-9 and other related forms.
- Maintains, monitors, and prepares year-end tax statements for 1099 contracts.
- Annual archive of accounts payable files, prep storage boxes to be picked up by storage company.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral / written communication skills.
- Well-organized with strong attention to details.
- Must be able to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

Physical Requirements
