What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Manager position at Community Action of Southern Kentucky?
Full-time position located at our Central Office with our Children’s Services Program in Warren County. Duties include establishing and maintaining an outreach and recruitment process that systematically ensures enrollment for eligible children, directing the activities of the Family Services Advocates, and participate in appropriate community activities and/or meetings.
Minimum qualifications for this position are a baccalaureate degree in a field related to family services. Possess a Kentucky Trainer’s Credential or obtain one within one year of hire. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with children and families, or a related field. Prior supervisory/management experience preferred. Must have good record-keeping and communication skills.
