What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Supervisor-Classroom Assistant position at Community Action of Southern Kentucky?
Full-time position available in Warren County Head Start and Food Services. Will be responsible for the preparation, service, clean up, and inventory of meals and snacks for the Food Service Program as well as assisting with the implementation of the day-to-day operation and management of education and child development services. Duties include preparation of meals, supervision of staff, record keeping, nutrition education and training.
Minimum qualifications for this position are a high school diploma (or GED); good working knowledge of math, experience in quantity food purchasing, preparation, service, and recordkeeping is required. Basic nutrition knowledge preferred and prior supervisory experience.
Salary for this position will be based on education and experience, with an excellent benefits package.
