Qualifications:
- Required: AA/AS Degree plus at least 3 years of related work experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with data entry, payment systems, accounts payable, or finance.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Processing program expenditures and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Preparing and submitting paperwork for Accounts Payable.
- Monitoring credit card and petty cash expenditures.
- Investigating and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Assisting with program donations, grants, and spending projections.
- Coordinating provider payment processing and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for Day Care Homes.
- Compiling information for finance meetings and reporting.
- Providing ongoing support for staffing, cost allocation, and compliance.
