As the Site Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our ADC Program, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee staff, develop and implement engaging daily activities, and support the ADC Manager in maintaining the highest standards of client care and safety. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our participants.

We would love to hear from someone who:
  • Has a BA/BS degree in a related human sciences field, or a minimum of four years experience in an activity program for the frail elderly, or a combination of education and experience equal to four years.
  • Has experience working with older individuals, persons with disabilities, or those with dementia is preferred.
  • Has a dependable, insured transportation and valid California driver’s license (mileage to be reimbursed) and acceptable driving record. A DMV printout and proof of insurance will be required.
As the Site Supervisor you will:
  • Direct and support Program Aides and volunteers, participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Manage client intake, maintain records, and ensure ongoing care and personal hygiene of participants.
  • Plan and implement activities that provide mental and physical stimulation, prepare activity calendars, and coordinate special events.
  • Oversee meal programs, coordinate transportation services, and manage program supplies.
  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers for special programming.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Must be able to relate well to all people of the community regardless of color, national origin, religion, sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or socio-economic level.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age by date of hire.
  • Must comply with the CAPSLO COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, either being fully vaccinated or sign a COVID-19 vaccination declination form.
  • Based on the program, a current TB skin test/Chest X-Ray may be required.
  • Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable job requirements and background requirements. A criminal history clearance is required prior to employment.
  • Upon hire, agency staff will check the Megan’s Law (or the current sexual predator website) to ensure each staff being hired is clear for employment. Agency staff will check the website annually to ensure all program staff are cleared to work.
