">We are a private non-profit organization with a legacy spanning over five decades. Our team manages over 70 programs designed to support those in need. You'll be working towards creating a positive impact on the lives of senior citizens and eligible adults by delivering daily meals and wellness checks in a friendly and timely manner.
">Responsibilities
">- Pick up meals from the program site and assist with meal packing if required.
- Deliver meals courteously and efficiently while ensuring safety and timeliness.
- Report any safety, environmental, or social service concerns to your supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of food delivery equipment as necessary.
- Ensure a sanitary environment within the vehicle.
- Accurately record route slips and communicate changes to your supervisor verbally and in writing.
- Distribute and collect donation envelopes weekly unless otherwise directed.
- Keep accurate records of meal counts.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and monthly driver meetings.
- Complete accurate timesheets and odometer sheets.
- Avoid all policies and protocols outlined in the Meals on Wheels Handbook for personal safety, client safety, and food safety.

- Maintain knowledge of all CAPBM programs to make referrals beneficial to participants.
- Establish professional boundaries and maintain confidentiality per CAPBM policy and procedure.
- Present a professional image as a representative of CAPBM.
- Follow established policies and procedures, adhering to all safety requirements.
- Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding workflow, problems, suggestions, etc.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment, attending team and staff meetings as scheduled.
- Be punctual for scheduled work, utilizing time effectively, and completing tasks in a timely fashion with minimal errors.

Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalency credential
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF CRIMINAL RECORD AND DRIVING RECORD CHECKS REQUIRED.
