Community Health Services is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide medical services to our patients in a clinical office setting at our Stony Ridge office located at 5734 Fremont Pike, Stony Ridge, Ohio 43463.
Applicants are required to be a graduate of an accredited medical school, have completed a 36 month Family Medicine Residency, and are Board Certified.
