Position Overview
We are seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned HOAs, ensuring they run efficiently and in compliance with governing documents. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between HOA boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide expert guidance to HOA boards on governance, financials, and strategic planning.
- Proactively address homeowner concerns and enforce community rules with professionalism.
- Develop and manage budgets, interpret financial statements, and oversee audits and reserve studies.
- Ensure communities remain in excellent condition through regular site visits and vendor coordination.
- Prepare and present reports, take detailed meeting minutes, and facilitate board meetings (including evenings).
- Stay current on HOA laws, best practices, and industry trends to advise boards effectively.
