What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOA Portfolio Community Manager position at Community Association Services, Inc.?
Candidate must have experience in community/HOA management. Knowledge of managing a portfolio of communities and have excellent people skills. Candidate must be very well organized, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be able to multi-task. CMCA accreditation is preferred.

The duties of a Portfolio Community Association Manager may vary from day to day and include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Act in accordance to company standards and procedures in all business related aspects
- Vendor & maintenance management, routine inspections
- Managing all violation and Architectural Control processes
- Attend Board meetings, violation hearings and other meetings in accordance with the contract between the Management Company and the Community.
- Review and respond to emails and telephone calls on a regular basis throughout the day and keep track of communications.
- Prepare mailing correspondence, and organize association meetings and other administrative tasks.
- Work swiftly towards resolutions for homeowners and boards on community issues.
- Play an integral part in planning and implementing solutions for communities managed.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
