Position Summary :
The AVP Lending Officer is primarily responsible for underwriting guaranteed loans to include : FSA loans, SBA 504 loans and SBA 7(a) loans exceeding $500,000
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Underwriting guaranteed commercial loans using authorized technologies.
- Analyze and assess tax returns and financial statements of various levels and for various types of entities to support completion of commercial loan packages, reviews and modification requests.
- Solicit and develop the origination of all applicable SBA loans products, and assist in the generation of associated deposit and merchant relationships.
- Recommend appropriate commercial loan structures utilizing detailed loan analysis and credit memoranda
- Knowing the regulations and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
