Position Summary :

The AVP USDA Lending Officer is primarily responsible for underwriting guaranteed loans to include : USDA and FSA loans, SBA 504 loans and SBA 7(a) loans exceeding $500,000

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Underwriting guaranteed commercial loans using authorized technologies.
• Analyze and assess tax returns and financial statements of various levels and for various types of entities to support completion of commercial loan packages, reviews and modification requests.
• Solicit and develop the origination of all applicable SBA and USDA loans products, and assist in the generation of associated deposit and merchant relationships.
• Recommend appropriate commercial loan structures utilizing detailed loan analysis and credit memoranda
• Knowing the USDA regulations and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
