Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage office files and ensure proper organization of documents.
- Assist in office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data entry with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus but not necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary as we can train you.
