Adult General Outpatient Team Leader (Full Time)POSITION SUMMARY:The Adult General Outpatient Program is looking for a clinical team leader to supervise a dynamic team of staff encompassing clinicians, case managers, a vocational specialist and a housing specialist. The candidate will need to have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, be highly motivated, a self-starter, possess an independent clinical license (LICSW/LMHC) and have significant experience working in the field of behavioral health with folks struggling with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.Clinical Responsibilities:Providing regular individual supervision to all staff in addition to running team meetings several times per weekManaging crisis situations and/or providing consultation to staff in these situationsMaintaining a caseload of 15-20 clients for therapyAddressing client concerns Administrative Responsibilities:Reviewing quality of and ensuring deadlines are met by all staff for a variety of necessary documentation such as recovery plans and progress notes.Coordination with internal and external treatment providers.Updating client charts with appropriate program and staff information.Review and assignment of new client referrals into the department, managing referrals out of the department and review of records read to be closed.Monitoring program targets and requirements of funding sources.
