About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility located in Country View, 2NJ. As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our facility is operating at peak efficiency, with minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in maintenance management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
