Clinic Supervisor - RN, Full-Time, Day Shift Community Care is hiring a Clinic Supervisor - RN for our Pace Program. This is a full-time opportunity at our Vliet office. Clinic Supervisor - RN Job Responsibilities: Orientation and Training of Staff - Ensures clinic staff are competent in duties and following established process and procedures. Clinical Care Support - Assists with direct nursing care care/procedures, phlebotomy, medication administration, scheduling, or other duties as needed. Quality Assurance - Oversees systems, organization, policies, and procedures in the clinic and for support staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. Assists with preparation for clinic surveys. Service Coordination - Coordinates with IDTS, support staff, leadership, and providers as needed. Staffing - Responsible for scheduling staff and maintaining appropriate staffing levels Clinic Supervisor - RN Job Requirements: Education:  Required - Associate's Degree in Nursing                     Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience: Required - Minimum of two years experience in geriatric health                      Preferred -  Supervisory or leadership experience including direct supervision of staff Licensure: Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing                     CPR certification                   Valid driver's license.  Clinic Supervisor - RN Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM About Community Care Community Care is a local nonprofit with more than 40 years of experience helping older adults and adults with disabilities live as independently as possible within the community.
