Eligibility Specialist
Bridgewater, NJ
Community Child Care Solutions seeks a full-time Eligibility Specialist to provide CCR&R to all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer multiple phone lines and route calls to appropriate team member.
- Respond to all emails within 24 hours.
- High volume data entry and maintenance of electronic client files.
- Reviews and enters notes in Work Life System.
- Assist with special projects.
Requirements:
- High School degree or GED.
- Knowledge of Child Care Assistance Program and E Child Care
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Fox IT.
- Bilingual a plus, but not requirement.
