Family Engagement Specialist - CCCS

Community Child Care Solutions seeks a full-time Family Engagement Specialist to administer child care assistance program effectively and promptly in accordance with established Federal rules. .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides children with ASQ Screening, answers eligibility questions, visits child care centers, hosts four annual Books, Balls and Blocks events, answers emails within 24 to 48 hours and basic office experience used.
- May be required to work to nights and weekends as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Fox It.
- Must have five years work experience working with children and families.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
