We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our team at Community Choice Credit Union. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving account growth through strategic sales and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop targeted sales plans to achieve this goal.
- Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing members to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Conduct financial needs assessments: Use your enthusiasm and people skills to conduct financial needs assessments with members to understand their financial goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Provide education and guidance: Provide guidance and recommendations on how our credit union's products can help meet the member's needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record of achievement: You excel in competitive and goal-driven environments, whether in sales, business, or other high-performance fields.
- Quick learner with strong interpersonal skills: You thrive on growth and continuous improvement. You quickly absorb new information, master financial products, and use that knowledge to support others.
- 1-2 years of sales or related experience: Experience in customer-facing roles or performance-driven environments is a strong asset.
