What You'll Do as a Total Benefits Specialist :
You’ll be part of a collaborative and values-driven HR team, championing compliance, driving innovation in rewards strategy, and delivering five-star service to both internal and external members. What You’ll Do:
Accurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, including bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
Maintain accurate payroll and benefit records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Administer all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee benefits questions and concerns.
Collaborate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and data integrity.
Conduct regular audits, manage year-end payroll and benefits reporting, and support wellness initiatives.
Provide analytical support for compensation and benefits decisions through benchmarking and reporting.
Keep up-to-date with changing federal, state, and local compliance regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, FMLA).
Support compensation reviews, pay adjustments, and structure evaluation to maintain market competitiveness.
What You’ll Bring:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years of experience in payroll and 3 years in benefits administration.
Knowledge of payroll systems, employment law, compensation practices, and benefits compliance.
High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
CPP certification is a plus.
