Overview : As an Assistant Store Operations Manager, your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service while developing your leadership skills alongside the Store Manager. You will coach our Customer Service Representatives and contribute significantly to achieving the store's goals while taking your career to new heights through our comprehensive training and development program.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver an unparalleled customer experience by guiding consumers through the loan or pawn process, offering tailored recommendations to meet their financial needs.
- Assist with customer account management by handling payments, appointments, and inquiries efficiently.
- Achieve company performance standards by utilizing business partnerships, generating referrals, and actively participating in community events.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive new business, enhance store profitability, and promote brand loyalty and recognition.
- Support, coach, and help develop Customer Service Representatives to maximize team capabilities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in maintaining customer information within the Point of Sale system.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Handle office security protocols and perform opening and closing duties, including managing the vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
- Oversee the internal and external cleanliness of the store, responding to facility needs and scheduling maintenance.
- Use your personal vehicle for completing bank deposits and other company-related tasks during work hours.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities to meet performance standards.
- Employ strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Commit to a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including occasional Saturday hours (minimum of 40 hours per week required).
