Responsibilities :
- Build strong connections with customers to foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by suggesting personalized financial services tailored to their needs.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in a Point-of-Sale (POS) system with integrity.
- Generate new business through effective inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Support customer account management and collections by processing payments and overseeing customer appointments.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean and inviting appearance to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to office security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
- Comply with Company policies and all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in continual training to stay updated on evolving products and processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
- Commit to a regular full-time work schedule, including weekends, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
