HR Specialist - Bilingual Chinese

We keep improving the construction of warehouse automation and distribution systems to accommodate the future expansion of our clients’ cross-border e-commerce business.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Specialist - Bilingual Chinese at US Elogistics in Chino, CA. The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment process and HR third party labor management.

• Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Developing and maintain job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Monitoring onboarding process
• Staffing Agency Research - Identify and evaluate staffing agencies, analyzing their capabilities and past performance. Build and maintain a network of reliable staffing partners.
• Contract Review and Negotiation - Review and negotiate contracts with staffing agencies, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Labor Ordering and Coordination and monitor and track labor orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communication as a liaison between the company and staffing agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of recruiting and out sourcing labor experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
