Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, knowledgeable in HR best practices, and capable of fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will also involve collaborating with staffing agencies to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including working with staffing agencies to source qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, benefits, and payroll documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies to meet fluctuating workforce demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with staffing agencies to fulfill hiring needs.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
