Responsibilities :
- Develop strong connections with clients to foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Efficiently review, validate, and process a range of customer transactions with precision, including check cashing and money transfers.
- Proactively support customer success by suggesting tailored financial services that align with their needs.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system with the utmost integrity.
- Participate in daily inbound and outbound calling efforts to generate new business.
- Assist with customer account management and collections by handling payments and coordinating customer appointments.
- Uphold store appearance and cleanliness standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer and vault management.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training and stay informed about our evolving products and processes.
- Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet both individual and team performance standards.
- Commit to a full-time work schedule, including regular in-person attendance on weekends. A typical full-time work schedule for this position includes at least 40 hours per week.

This compensation reflects the base pay alone and is part of the larger compensation package provided by the Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands.
