Overview : As a Client Support Specialist, you will create valuable connections and offer a comprehensive range of financial products and services to a diverse customer base. Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong connections with clients to foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
  • Efficiently review, validate, and process a range of customer transactions with precision, including check cashing and money transfers.
  • Proactively support customer success by suggesting tailored financial services that align with their needs.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system with the utmost integrity.
  • Participate in daily inbound and outbound calling efforts to generate new business.
  • Assist with customer account management and collections by handling payments and coordinating customer appointments.
  • Uphold store appearance and cleanliness standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer and vault management.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay informed about our evolving products and processes.
  • Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet both individual and team performance standards.
  • Commit to a full-time work schedule, including regular in-person attendance on weekends. A typical full-time work schedule for this position includes at least 40 hours per week.
  • Store hours, schedules, and / or the minimum required hours for this position may change at the discretion of the Company. Please consult with your recruiter for the latest hourly requirements.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
  • Proficiency with phone systems, Point of Sale technology, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for extended periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls like keyboards.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
  • Prior experience with cash handling and cash drawer / vault management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.

  • Our Compensation :

    The base pay for this position is $20.00 / hr.

    This compensation reflects the base pay alone and is part of the larger compensation package provided by the Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands.
