What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, Employment Activities (Job Network) position at Community College of Baltimore County?
The purpose of this class is to assist students to become gainfully employed and perform administrative work supporting the employment area of the Job Network Grant.Bachelor’s degree with college courses to include marketing and/or community outreach required. Four years of full-time experience in business sales, marketing and /or community outreach required.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

- Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures and/or initiatives.
- Identify resources and tools that can assist others with their individual needs.
- Conduct workshops and presentations, as required.
- Provide academic advisement services, as required.
- Serve on appropriate departmental, division and college-wide committees.
- Maintains department records and files, as required.
- Prepare, analyze and provide reports on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.
- Manage assigned projects, programs and staff.
