The Role: As the Administrator, you will lead our mission to impact the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and the lives of those who support them. Your leadership will shape our future, ensuring our programs are effective and transformative. This role involves inspiring a team, fostering a culture of passion and cooperation, and building lasting relationships with our community and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional leadership and management within all departments of Community Concept, including Quality Assurance, required service, and support reporting.
- Promote passion, cooperation, and open communication culture using the Gentle Teaching Model paired with Positive Behavior Support.
- Establish relationships with the Developmental Disabilities Administration, Social Security, the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, and community groups.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Fix any lack of compliance immediately.
- Develop and oversee agency policies.
- Maintain sound financial practices and accountability standards based on General Accountability Principles.
- Ensure adequate funding for the agency's mission.
- Conducted official fiscal business and direct financial activities. Managed the semi-monthly payroll cycle and cost-reporting requirements while working closely with our Certified Public Accountant.
- Manage personnel actions and human resource policies.
- Foster a diverse and motivated team
- .Keep the CEO and Director of Operations informed about the organization's condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven executive leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience managing a complex budget and fund development.
- Ability to foster a healthy organizational culture.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and current trends.
- Strong marketing, analytical, and computer skills.
- Passion for the mission and values of Community Concept, Inc.
- Experience with a Gentle Teaching Culture and working with a director.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $125,000 (The Wage scale encompasses the starting wage through three years of solid performance.)
