Community Concepts, Inc. is seeking a CSBG Compliance Manager to join our team!
This position is based out of Lewiston, a hybrid arrangement may be considered and travel is required throughout the service area. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing the administration and contract compliance of the federal Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), ensuring that requirements are met.
- Develops complex reports for the OCS documenting CCI's funding and outcomes and conducts a full organization Self-Assessment annually of adherence to and documentation of 58 performance standards.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data in the community needs assessments.
- This position leads the Community Needs Assessment and solicits internal and external participation per CSBG guidelines.
- Serves as a ROMA implementer or CCAP to certify the continuous use of the full Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) cycle or comparable system (assessment, planning, and assisting in implementing the Strategic Plan and Community Needs Assessment.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize significant information to report KPI and compliance metrics.
- Build collaborative partnerships with other community action organizations and subject matter experts to identify specific opportunities, address needs and/or problems, and help build effective solutions.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or a related field preferred, with 5 years of experience managing high-level operational projects required.
- Effective interpersonal skills and superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively reach all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Ability to assess risk and operational findings, turning data into actions.
- ROMA Implementer, Trainer, or CCAP certified or attained within two years.
Other Requirements: Be able to provide professional customer service at all times; be proficient in Microsoft Office, proof-reading and editing skills are essential; ability to keep accurate, A high level of professionalism and a commitment to a high-impact role where people depend on you for results constantly; superior judgment with and demonstrated ability in handling confidential information and materials. Ability to craft simple and effective business communications (PowerPoint) to build the case change and rationale for recommendations to gain management support throughout project. Must be self-motivated and work as part of a cohesive team. Successful candidates must possess the capability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be a team player, and the ability to lead and motivate others. Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with liability insurance.
