- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve quarterly closing targets
- Attend industry events such as apartment association meetings and trade shows
- Perform daily site visits per week to engage with new business. This can extend to neighboring markets including Daytona Beach and Melbourne, FL.
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program Salesforce
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close opportunities
- Work directly with sales directors to achieve goals
- High school diploma / GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous sales experience within the multifamily industry preferred
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- CRM / Salesforce experience preferred
- MS Office skills and related computer knowledge
