THIS IS AN ON CALL POSITION. If you apply for this position, understand you will be on call Sunday-Thursday & expected to cover any route that we need filled. You will get $900 every month for covering your assigned route in Greensboro, NC. After finishing, you would call me & I would point you towards where we need you that night, rather it be to cover a hole for a call out or to help another Porter. If you are willing to cover your own route plus being available after finishing to help out somewhere else then you would receive an additional $400 per month. Putting your monthly rate at $1300 if all promises are fulfilled.

Straightforward position. Arrive on the property at 6/7/8PM each night, every property is different so the start time could vary between the 3 of those. You would collect bagged trash/broken down boxes from the doors of residents, transport via a leakproof tote bag to your truck & take the trash to the compactor located on the property.
You will not have take trash off the property. Great nightly rate and should take about an hour or two to complete your own route. Then move to where you’re needed most. A great workout and pay. CCS is a great, growing company in the area and more money is to be made based off of performance. There are more opportunities available for the right candidate including more shifts, team lead positions, weekend shifts and additional ways to make money.

2. Must have a Smartphone with a data plan
3. Must be able to handle physical demands including carrying up to 50 lbs at a time up and down stairs in all weather conditions without assistance.
