We are looking for a dependable, positive, and enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimal supervision to join our CCSS team. This following skills required for this position includes: strong communication (written and verbal), customer service (politeness and professionalism), organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
DUTIES:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Light housekeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Stocking and taking inventory of supplies
- Handle routine duties for other professionals
- Create correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with photocopying, faxing, and scanning
- Sort mail
- Offer general staff support
- Assist with meeting and events
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Computer literacy skills particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Organization skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a receptionist or office assistant role is preferred
