- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support overall office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent phone systems knowledge and strong phone etiquette skills.
