Job Summary
The Center Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our facility, ensuring that programs are effectively managed and aligned with the mission of supporting families and individuals of Boone County. This leadership position requires a strong focus on program development, relationship management, and administrative oversight to foster a positive environment for both staff and clients. The ideal candidate would possess an understanding of Grants, Grant writing, Budgeting, and will demonstrate exceptional supervisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement programs tailored to the needs of the community.
- Manage relationships with grantees, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with DOHS, Advisory council, community partners and Grantee.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Experience
- Strong background in program management and development within a similar setting.
- Demonstrated skills in relationship management, particularly in engaging families and community partners.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing administrative functions effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to program funding and resource management.
- A degree in Social Work, Business Administrative or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
