As a Cape Cod Community Support Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting our program members to develop adult daily living skills, personal hygiene, and behavioral development. You will work closely with our team to ensure that program members receive the support they need to thrive.

Your Role
As a Cape Cod Community Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one support to program members. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating access to community resources and activities, and monitoring program members' safety within their homes and communities.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, communicating clearly and respectfully with program members, and working effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you will be expected to use technology to complete paperwork and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
Applicants should be able to compose routine reports and correspondence, work independently, and demonstrate strong computer and word processing skills. A commitment to advocacy, mentoring, and serving the community is essential.
