Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) Clinical Manager
Location : Cape Girardeau, MO
Work Hours : Monday-Friday : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. Some evenings may be required as necessary dependent upon agency and client need.
Full-Time, Exempt
Pay Range : $60,000 - 65,000 / year - dependent upon relevant experiences, licensure, etc.
The Program
Ridgeway is a ten bed, all female, Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS) that provides a high level of direct service and supports for individuals living with chronic mental health diagnoses (i.e., anxiety, bi-polar, depression, personality disorders, etc.) that often involve severe behavioral and emotional issues resulting in guardianship.
The Job
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to join our team. This role involves planning and implementing clinical services, participating in clinical staffings, treatment team, and residential meetings, and providing program orientation and supervision to our CSC. The ideal candidate will review and approve clinical documentation, assess new referrals for eligibility, and justify admissions.
Essential Functions
- Plan and Implement Clinical Services : Oversee the planning and implementation of clinical services, including participating in clinical staffings, treatment team, and residential meetings.
- Therapy Services : Provide initial and group therapy services to residents, guide group schedules, and develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with new admissions.
- Clinical Supervision : Train and supervise employees, respond to residents' clinical needs during working hours and occasionally after hours by phone, and hold supervisees accountable for job performance.
- Documentation and Compliance : Review and approve clinical documentation timely, document according to clinical policies, DMH, CARF, and other federal / state standards, and complete monthly reporting with Ridgeway BHT coordinator.
- Collaboration and Discharge Planning : Collaborate with other providers and treatment team members, plan discharges, and complete discharge documentation.
