Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Communication Management:
- Manage and prioritize the company’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Sort and organize postal mail, distributing critical documents to relevant teams.
2. Real Estate Transaction Coordination:
- Coordinate end-to-end real estate transactions, including documentation, deadlines, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with permit paperwork for construction projects and property renovations, liaising with local authorities as needed.
3. Financial Oversight:
- Categorize and track transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial records.
4. Field Support:
- Visit project sites to assist with inspections, permit submissions, and progress tracking.
5. Tech & Operational Efficiency:
- Utilize software tools (e.g., Google Suite, MLS, Monday) to streamline workflows and maintain organized records.
