What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Engagement Representative position at Community Development C?
Position Summary
The Client Engagement Representative will act as the first point of contact to identify client needs and connect clients with appropriate services. In addition, this role will work closely with housing advisors to arrange appointments, organize, and implement pre-purchase, post-purchase and foreclosure prevention education workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with application processing, paperwork, and program documentation.
- Maintain accurate client files and tracking systems and follow up with clients as needed.
- Record and track client/program statistics; prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Coordinate client classes, including scheduling and preparing materials.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively for lead conversion and conduct daily lead reviews.
- Provide personalized outreach to leads via phone or email and document progress in Salesforce.
- Manage daily calendars, off-site file storage, office supplies, and provide switchboard backup.
- Maintain record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of program files.
- Assemble and organize client documents for counselors and enter applications, orientation materials, HomeBuyer Education certificates, release and disclosure forms, intake documents, credit reports into the Counselor Max System.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish).
- Strong organization, verbal and written communication, project, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills and capable of working well with others.
