Bus Driver/Custodian
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties, including floor care and maintenance of facilities.
- Ensure the bus interior is clean and well-maintained for passenger comfort.
- Assist with custodial tasks such as waste disposal and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
- Follow safety first guidelines for passengers
- Deliver program materials to parents on route via the children
- Ensure the bus is empty at the end of each run and all children are accounted for.
- Collects information, participates in planning, upgrading and minor repairs of facilities.
- Perform active supervision of children at all times and safe environments.
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 Hours per Week, 42 Weeks per Year
