We have an opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join CDP Builders , CDP’s in-house general contracting company. As a Project Manager for the Viscar Terrace Apartments in Murrieta, CA, you will play a critical role in overseeing multifamily apartment construction project(s), ensuring successful execution and alignment with CDP’s mission of developing affordable housing. Your primary work location will be at the project site in Murrieta, CA, although you will travel periodically to our Newport Beach office.
Your role will involve :
- Project Planning and Coordination :
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
Manage daily construction activities, addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to project plans.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and government agencies.
