Objective: The Warehouse Lending Processor is responsible for coordinating with vendors in processing the purchase of constructions loans, administering wires from construction draws, applying payoff wires received, and finalizing the sale of construction loans. The Warehouse Lending Processor will be responsible for maintaining a specific pipeline of construction loans, ensuring that each construction loan remains balanced, cataloging each activity on the loan, and auditing for any errors that may occur.
Classification: This is a Part-Time Non-Exempt position and reports to the AVP, Warehouse Manager
Job Location: Howard County
Essential Functions for a Warehouse Lending Processor:

- Administering purchases of 1st Signature Lending loans
- Creation of borrower(s) profile in Customer Information File (CIF)
- Creation of loan profile in NuPoint
- Processing the wire for the initial draw through NuPoint
- Submission of wire request to the Accounting Department
- Handling draws on existing 1st Signature Lending loans
- Receive daily construction loan draw requests
- Ensure draw request amounts are in accordance with the construction draw schedule and the remaining available balance
- Correspond with 1st Signature Lending of confirmation numbers per draw request
- Finalizing the sale of 1st Signature Lending loans
- Reconcile and designate any overages or shortages from the Payoff Wire amount
- Process the receipt of Payoff Wires through NuPoint
- Generate Bailee Letter, ensuring accurate borrower(s) and loan information, to accompany each Original Note
- Transporting FedEx package(s) to designated drop box
- Record keeping and Auditing
- Maintain a database of pertinent 1st Signature Lending construction loan information
- Recording and Tallying of any errors that may transpire throughout the life of the construction loan
- Produce a bimonthly report that is to be provided to the Executive Team

Education/Qualifications:
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in a clerical / data entry role within the financial services industry. Must have some familiarity with consumer bookkeeping and accounting practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understand the consistency, accuracy and detail-orientation required in a federally-regulated institution through prior financial services experience.
- Must be able to work with confidential information.
- Must be able to work both as part of a cohesive team and independently within set guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks at hand.
- Professional, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (ie-Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience navigating web-based applications.
- Demonstrate strong history of good time management skills, decision making ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to proficiently communicate issues between several audiences.
