As an Operations Specialist with Community First Credit Union, you will:
- Post member payroll and HSA deposits.
- Process, setup and complete annual reviews for ACH Originators.
- Reconcile all related general ledger accounts.
- Maintain, setup and process auto transfers.
- Research and annotate documents in out optical system.
- New account review to ensure member account information is input correctly and account documents are properly completed and on file.
Experience and Education:
We are looking for a combination of:
- Associate Degree in Accounting or a related business field preferred.
- Two or three primarily derived from prior experience within the financial services industry.
- General knowledge or understanding of electronic payments.
- Above average communication skills, ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, ability to write simple correspondence, ability to effectively present information to members, representative and employees within the organizations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals.
