- Starting at $14.00/HR, and goes up based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed; follow-up on any voicemail messages.
- Organize and maintain the copy room.
- Prepares admission packets for blank patient charts.
- Prepares purple welcome folders.
- Prepares hospital transfer packets.
- Prepares transportation folders for doctors’ appointments
- Upon resident discharge out to hospital, contact family to pick up personal belongings.
- Orders and sells stamps to residents and guests.
- Receives and sorts resident and staff mail, including forwarding appropriate mail to family of residents per family request
- Package, weigh and mail resident mail.
- Updates the lobby kiosk and Resident Directory on a daily basis based on census changes.
- Schedule events in the various common rooms through Microsoft Outlook.
- Ensures all deliveries are signed for and are delivered to the appropriate place.
- Addresses resident needs and issues as they arise.
- Assists activities staff as needed.
- Assists medical records/supply clerk as needed.
- Abides by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community.
- All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient and high degree of comfort using telephone system.
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
- Professional in manner and appearance, outgoing and passionate personality with exceptional customer service skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Tolerates disruptions with patience.
- Possess discretion and have a respect for confidentiality.

Salary : $14
