Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Establish and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with organizational objectives, working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop service line-specific marketing plans
- Drive content vision and direction across all service lines, ensuring consistency with strategic marketing goals and market demands
- Spearhead storytelling initiatives to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand engagement
- Create and oversee marketing/editorial calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery across all service lines and campaigns
- Develop both long-form and short-form content for multiple channels including websites, print materials, social media, blogs, newsletters, videos, and articles
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to enhance content quality and authenticity
- Optimize content distribution across current and emerging marketing channels to maximize brand visibility
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand presence
- Oversee audience targeting, content execution, and engagement monitoring
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage marketing team project timelines and schedules in partnership with Senior Director of Marketing
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives across all channels
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content effectiveness
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance content marketing strategies

Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 or more years of strategic marketing and management experience
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities
- Proven content strategy development and management experience for websites, ads, print, social media, blog, newsletters, videos and articles
- Experience developing marketing plans to reach measurable goals
- Sound knowledge of content management systems, marketing automation systems, social media platforms, and project management software
- Excellent writing, editing and proofing copy and content, preferred
- Strong project management skills to maintain timelines for multiple projects and staff
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills while working with all levels within the company
- Proven ability to work within tight time frames; ensuring on-time delivery is met
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and detailed oriented approach to tasks
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time while meeting project deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
